What's the go with our sizes?

We try to cover sizes from small to 4XL in our products. We understand that people come in all shapes, sizes, and personalities. At the bottom of our products, there is a sizing chart specifically for that product. If there is a specific fit, size, or color that you would like to see, just reach out! Head over to the contact page, send us a message, and we'll see what we can do :) Everyone deserves to smile, have fun, and wear our shirts.

Keep your shirt in mint condition.

• Machine Washing: Warm wash (max 40C or 105F), wash garment inside out with similar colours.
  
• Tumble Dry: Low
• BleachOnly: non-chlorine
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not iron.

Incorrectly received or damaged items

Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent or a small mark missed on a shirt (grrr!). Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but when they do arise, we’ll handle it!

Simply take a picture and drop us a line at contact@abigstitchup.com.au with “FAULTY GOODS” and we’ll sort it out.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

- Customer prefers another size.
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design.

How we send your stuff?

We offer both domestic shipping in Australia, plus international shipping. This way, everyone gets our shirts! :)

Please note:
Production time (From the time you order, to the shirts being dispatched) is 5-10 business days. Shipping times are ontop of this.

Expected times:

For AUD shipping, it's an average of 10 business days standard shipping, or 3 business days for express.

For international
Shipping, its 28 days. (Shortly, we'll be looking to utilise fulfilment centres
internationally to shorten this time).

Costs:

For AUD shipping a flat rate of $8 for standard, or $15 for express. Unless your order is over $100 (Then its FREE!!).

For International Shipping, it’s a flat rate of $20.
